Dans un futur lointain, l’humanité a été décimée par un mal mystérieux. Une peuplade de chasseurs tente de survivre à une infection qui transforme les hommes en monstres assoiffés de sang. Lorsqu’une attaque de monstres sur le village les oblige à fuir, trois chasseurs partent à l’aventure en compagnie d’un rôdeur qui connait peut-être la clé permettant aux humains de retrouver leur liberté.
